1. Who is Primeshopping.pk?
Primeshopping.pk is the leading website for Online Shopping in Pakistan. We have been in business for 3 years and have achieved a remarkable customer base in less than 3 years. We are here to revamp the Online Shopping concept in Pakistan with eradicating the fears of scam or cheat.
2. Are you reliable?
We shall always say yes but that will be irrelevant. Whenever you need to buy a thing online, you can get it from us. Once you have your orders successfully delivered to you, that's when the reliability starts. We are in with a bang and we are here for long. You can rely on us and you only pay when you receive item at your door step.
3. What if I get a faulty product?
If the product is dead on Arrival (DOA), you will return replacement product. Please make sure the product is returned unused, with box and as it is with all the accessories. In this case, product should be returned as it is delivered to you. You can return the product within 7 days of purchase.
4. Will you send me original product?
There is no reason why would not we do this. We shall send you the product you purchased. You can verify the product anywhere you want. We want to build trust and relationship and we want to provide you services again and again, not just once.
5. Will I have problems when I claim warranty?
If there are any 3rd party warranties, they have to be claimed by those vendors. For example if your item had United Mobile warranty, no matter, from where you bought, It still has to be negotiated with United Mobile. This has to be dealt with them.
If your product had Techcity.pk warranty, you'll feel privileged and your warranty claim will be handled in a way that the product fault is fixed. Please note there should be warranty time remaining on the product and all warranty seals not broken. Warranty void if product exposed to liquid, moisture, fire, short-circuit, variable voltages, returned dead after 7 days, broken or warranty seals broken or damaged.

7. Can I get pictures of what is in the box product at the time of shipment?
We do not open boxes as this does not give customer any satisfaction. But if you want us to check the product we are sending to you to be checked first, we can do it. If you request this, we shall send you pictures of the product opening, serial numbers, etc.
